Betterment Activities

Promotion of a zoning plan for the development of the historical “Etrog Market” by increasing density from 40 large residential units to a mix of approximately 120 residential units, reducing neighborhood retail space and creating new open areas to benefit the neighborhood’s residents

The plan provides an answer to the needs of the local population arising from the absence of residential options and encourages new populations into the area.
