Zoning designation at acquisition: Employment, industrial and commercial use.

Betterment measures: Reality Fund took steps to promote a new zoning plan in collaboration with the owners of the nearby lots, under which the construction volume would be increased significantly and in keeping with Tel Aviv’s master zoning plan.
